Comma ZP2VS stainless steel vacuum logic valve — buy wholesale from the manufacturer at the best price. The Vacuum Saving Valve ZP2Vs stainless steel vacuum logic valve enables stable multi-cup vacuum handling with one vacuum generator. It automatically limits airflow at uncovered cups to preserve system vacuum, while restoring full suction when a workpiece is detected. No wiring, switching or manual adjustment is required, with fast blow-off release for efficient handling.
Comma ZP2VS stainless steel vacuum logic valve — buy wholesale from the manufacturer at the best price. This compact M5 vacuum sequence valve maintains system vacuum when one generator feeds multiple suction cups, so a single un-gripped cup can no longer collapse the vacuum level on the others. All-stainless SUS304 construction makes it ideal for zinc-free and copper-free zones in food, pharmaceutical, electronics and cleanroom automation. Three fixed orifice sizes (0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm), a built-in filter, and four porting variants cover suction cups up to Ø125 mm — order online or request a quote today.
The Vacuum Saving Valve ZP2Vs is a stainless steel vacuum logic valve (vacuum limiting / sequence valve) designed for multi-cup vacuum handling systems where one vacuum generator serves several suction cups.
In conventional systems, a cup that fails to pick up a workpiece keeps drawing air and drags down the vacuum pressure of the entire system — weakening grip on the parts that are held. The ZP2VS solves this automatically: while a cup is empty, airflow pushes the valve element closed and suction passes only through a fixed orifice; once the cup seals on a workpiece, the reduced suction flow lets the spring open the valve element and full suction flow resumes. No control wiring, no switching work, no manual adjustment when workpieces change.
Working Principle
1. No workpiece (valve closed): Airflow through the empty cup pushes the resin valve element closed. Suction flow is limited to the fixed orifice (0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm), so the cup draws only a small, defined airflow and system vacuum is preserved.
1. Workpiece held (valve open): Suction flow drops sharply when the cup seals; the spring force overcomes the airflow force and opens the valve element, releasing full suction flow between element and housing for maximum holding force.
1. Blow-off release: Supplying compressed air through the same port blows the workpiece off quickly and positively.
