For high-temperature or oily metal surfaces, we recommend NBR (Nitrile) rubber due to its excellent oil resistance and heat resistance. For electronic components or PCBs, we offer Anti-Static (ESD) Silicone to prevent electrostatic damage. For general smooth surfaces like glass or plastic, standard Silicone or Polyurethane provides the best adhesion and abrasion resistance. How do your suction cups handle uneven, curved, or porous surfaces?

Our engineering solutions are designed for challenging surfaces. We offer Ball Joint (swivel) mountings (like the ZP2-J series) that compensate for angular misalignment up to 15°-30°, ensuring full sealing contact on uneven workpieces. For porous materials (like cardboard or foam), we recommend using our Oval vacuum suction cups or adjusting the vacuum flow with our vacuum generators to maintain stable pressure and prevent workpiece deformation.

Can your vacuum cups reliably handle ultra-small or delicate electronic components?

Absolutely. Our ZP3 Compact Series is specifically engineered for the electronics industry, featuring diameters ranging from 1.5mm to 16mm. We also provide special Nozzle Vacuum Suction Cups (ZP2) with openings as small as 0.8mm for picking micro-lenses and chips. Combined with our integrated buffer springs, they ensure gentle yet precise handling, preventing scratches or breakage during high-speed pick-and-place operations.
